We work closely with our supply chain partners to deliver fully certified and technically substantiated designs that meet the highest compliance standards. Our technical surveying expertise allows us to conduct forensic investigations of existing buildings, supporting fire engineers in producing compliant Fire Risk Engineering and Wall Safety (FREAWS) reports.
Our services include external façade surveys conducted by in-house SPRAT and IRATA-certified rope access technicians. We have a skilled CAD design team experienced in both new builds and fire remediation projects, delivering solutions aligned with building fire strategies and evacuation plans.
With extensive experience in programming and managing projects ranging from £500K to £30 million, we engage a professional team to oversee design and compliance.
Our expertise extends to securing necessary permits, including road closures, waterway access, and aviation permissions.

In House – Design approach
Our design approach follows CWCT guidelines, ensuring comprehensive consideration of factors such as thermal performance, condensation analysis, structural integrity, adhesion, and acoustics. Roof structures are designed in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and critical loading data, including rainwater gutter calculations.
We ensure all materials meet the standards outlined within current Building Regulations (England) and Building Standards (Scotland).
Our expertise includes lightweight steel framing systems (SFS), fully designed and validated by structural engineers.
We have successfully managed multiple BS8414 full-scale fire tests for complex façade constructions across various projects.
